ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the day to day marketing efforts behind Vault Sessions and help keep our digital presence sharp, relevant and ahead of the curve. Working closely with the team, you’ll help plan campaigns, coordinate content and touchpoints, and shape how the brand communicates online. You’ll keep an eye on audience behaviour, community trends and shifts in the industry, translating those insights into ideas and initiatives that strengthen the overall marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Assisting in maintaining all social platforms

• Helping to create, plan, and schedule content across channels

• Supporting with newsletters, copywriting and digital communication

• Helping with community management, messages and audience engagement

• Tracking trends and identifying new marketing opportunities

• Looking for ways to improve workflows and digital processes
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Strong interest in marketing, digital strategy and brand communication

• Curiosity, initiative and independent working style

• Photoshop and/or Video Editing experience are required

• Passion for techno and the electronic music scene

• Solid understanding of the industry or eagerness to learn fast

• Stress resistant team player with good overview

• Hands-on mentality with critical thinking skills

• You can write, speak and understand English

• Based in or near Amsterdam

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a production intern you support the event team, you work on new concepts and you are mainly the executive force within this team. The project-based approach and the Design Thinking method are central, thanks to the desire for innovation, growth and stability. You have a broad interest in music, and the establishment and execution of events within the electronic music industry, and are always looking for ways to improve the company as a whole.  

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Making the production more efficient (always on the lookout for better alternatives)

• Building, constructing booths or creative spaces within the venues 

• Communicating with venues to ensure everything is going as planned

• Overseeing artist riders (Technical and Hospitality) 

• Helping out in building schedules (itineraries) for the production

• Supporting the advancing team 

• Process the audio recordings (sets) after an event 

• Maintaining our webshops and shipping merchandise and records every week

• Evaluating every event (+documentation)

• Looking and scouting materials for the production of the event
