As a marketing intern you pro-actively support the marketing team and work together to establish a creative space in which new ideas are born and produced to help support the social image of Vault Sessions as a company. Throughout this internship, as pivotal as critical and creative thinking are, being in constant communication with your team is also important. Sharing a deep interest for music and being able to follow newer trends within the electronic/techno music industry, and setting up new initiatives to integrate newer trends into the marketing program is also a key factor within this role.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Working with our team to maintain all our social platforms

• Assist with newsletters, copywriting, and other touchpoints

• Keeping our website up to date and handling the blog page

• Helping craft and schedule content for social media

• Help with community management and DM replies 

• Always searching for ways to improve the processes in place

• You have skills and experience in Adobe Photoshop & video editing software(Premiere pro/ final cut pro)

As a production intern you pro-actively support the event team, you work on new concepts and you are mainly the executive force within this team. The project-based approach and the use of event management tools are central, thanks to the desire for innovation, growth and stability. You have a broad interest in music, and the establishment and execution of events within the electronic music industry, and are always looking for ways to improve the company as a whole.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Looking and scouting materials for the production of the event

• Networking for, and scheduling on-site crew

• Making the production more efficient (always on the lookout for better alternatives)

• Helping out and support the team wherever necessary

• Building, constructing booths or creative spaces within the venues

• Communicating with venues to ensure everything is going as planned

• Overseeing artist riders (Technical and Hospitality)

• Shipping out the Vault Records and merchandise, managing the stock.

• Helping out in building schedules (itineraries) for the production

• Supporting the advancing team

• Helping maintain a workable environment
